These Terms of Service govern your use of carolinalinensmall.com and your purchase of products from Carolinalinensmall. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the order appears fraudulent, or if there is a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order, we refund the amount paid.

Products

We sell made-to-order home textile products: curtains, bedding, pillows, and table linens. Product images show fabric, color, and style as accurately as possible. Screen settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots can create small differences. Measurements provided by the customer are used to produce custom items. Please review all measurements, fabric choices, and color selections before placing an order.

Prices and Payment

The checkout page shows the product price and shipping charge before you place the order. For orders within the contiguous United States, shipping is free. No handling, processing, restocking, or reset fees are added at checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized. We capture payment when the order is accepted. If payment fails, the order is not processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within the contiguous United States only. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays enter processing on the next business day. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible items. Customer remorse returns apply before production begins for custom items. Custom items already in production are not returnable for remorse. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund. See the Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation before production begins. Contact us at info@carolinalinensmall.com with your order number. If production has started, the order cannot be cancelled for remorse. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and page design, is owned by Carolinalinensmall or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false orders, interfere with website security, scrape content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

Products are provided as described on the website and in the order confirmation. We do not provide any separate warranty beyond the Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carolinalinensmall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We update these Terms by posting a new Last updated date on this page. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
